purchased for our mum of 93 ,they fit perfectly and the quality is of a high standard

I had an order that I received recently. It was just as described and of good quality and was delivered promptly.

Delivery was on time,now waiting on refund for my returns

I have never found to have any issues with Damart

I needed to exchange size 16 for 18. The person who I spoke to got a bit mixed up and it took a while before it was sorted and I have received the size 18 and now waiting for a refund cheque to come

Ordered an additional pair of boots as so pleased with ones I'd bought previously. Then I Spotted a jumper and made an impulse buy. When it arrived I realised the fabric was not to my taste. Was disappointed to have to pay £8 for a tracked return but pleased to be refunded quickly.

I was sent the wrong size even though the size was right on the order form.will have to send back for exchange.

Actually take exception to pay for faulty goods to be returned.

The item I ordered, a front opening bra, was dreadful. I re- measured before ordering - no change, same as my current bras. The one from Damart bore no relation to the size ordered - too small. Moreover, once on, I couldn’t undo the fastener and had to get out of it by slipping it over my hips - with considerable difficulty. Once off, the fastening could not be opened. I only gave one star, which it doesn’t deserve, because without it one can’t leave a review

I have used Damart for years and have always found the service good and if you have to phone them for any reason, you always get a very helpful person at the other end of the line.

Need to return item, told we would get a return label free of charge but nothing arrived so paid this instead incase we missed the time scale for returns
